Delivery
Delivery Times
For most products the delivery will be completed withing 1-4 business days. Our orders are dispatched with the courier services of DHL. The day that your order departs from our warehouse, you will receive an email. In some cases the delivery can take up to 7 business days. This can be due to quality checks before shipment or high amounts of orders of particular products at the same time, dispatched from different warehouses.
Shipping Costs
Orders that are €50,- or more we will send for FREE within The Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under €50 shipment will cost €7,95 within The Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries the shipping costs depend on the country the order needs to be shipped to. You will be notified of these costs during the process of ordering. Pickup at a DHL pickup point
You can also have your order delivered to a DHL pickup point. You can choose the "Pickup" option in your shopping cart. You will receive a message by SMS or email when your package has been delivered to the pickup point you selected. You have 7 days to pick up your package at the DHL pickup point. After that, the package will be returned to us by DHL. If the package is heavier than 20 kg or larger than 80x50x35 (L-W-H), the DHL pickup point will not accept it and the package will be sent to the billing address.
